Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Helios Joint Stock Company (“Helios”, “we”) regarding the Feastfury game, feastfury.hlo.vn and the services behind them, together called the Service. By using the Service you accept these terms.

By using the Service you confirm that you are 16 or older. If you are 16 or 17, you confirm that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

1. Your licence to use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. You may not use it for any commercial purpose.

Your account

You may start playing without creating anything: the game makes an identifier on your device and that becomes a guest account. A guest account lives on that device or in that browser only — clearing your app or browser data loses it, and we cannot recover it. Link a Google or Apple account to keep your progress and to carry it to another device.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts.

What you may not do

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, modified clients or unauthorised third-party software.
• Interfere with other players' experience, or with the Service itself.
• Probe, scrape or overload the Service, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.
• Break any applicable law while using the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.

2. Ownership

The Service, including the game, its art, its text and its code, belongs to Helios and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you the right to use it, and no other rights in it.

Virtual items

Coins, items and anything else you buy or earn inside the game are a licence to use them within the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not survive the closure of your account or of the Service.

3. What you post

You keep ownership of what you post in the community. By posting it, you give us permission to display and distribute it as part of running and promoting the Service.

Do not post:

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Sexual content, and anything involving minors.
• Other people's personal information.
• Advertising, scams, account trading, or links to cheats.

We are not obliged to review what is posted, but we may remove anything and restrict any account. You can report a post from the post itself. Accounts that keep breaking these rules lose the ability to post.

4. Purchases

Purchases inside the game are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and their refund rules apply to them, not ours. Prices and what is on offer can change.

If a purchase does not arrive in your account, write to contact@hlo.vn with your account identifier and the receipt from the store, and we will fix it.

5. Changes to the Service

Feastfury is a live game. We change the balance, add and remove content, and may change or discontinue features or the Service itself. Where a change would remove something you paid for, we will give notice in the Service beforehand.

6. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

7. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, it will be decided by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

8. General

• If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• We may transfer these terms as part of a transfer of the business; you may not transfer them.
• Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we give it up.
• We may publish additional rules for specific features; where they differ, those rules apply to that feature.
• We will send you notices through the Service or to the email address on your account.
